Our Little Girl is One! It is really hard to believe that Sophie has hit yet another milestone, she survived us for one full year. It has been such a joy watching her change and develop into a VERY independent toddler. We celebrated two weeks ago with family and friends, and celebrated again this past weekend at a family 50th wedding anniversary. My aunt and uncle were so thoughtful to include us in their festivities. As you remebered from previous pics, Sophie ate up the chocolate cake, but both times a lighter cake was presented she wasn't all that interested. Where did this girl come from ... turn away sweets? Anyway here a few pics of our one year old. Oh, don't fret that there aren't many, I will be sending out the shutterfly link soon :)
I took these flowers to our photoshoot and now Sophie loves them.
This is an adorable hat, she loved it for about 2 min. Now when we put it on she screams. 
Sophie was more interested in the singers, Lucas blew out the candle.
Sophie loved this cute little cake...to squish that is!
